Once apon a time at the cinema, it struck me that the vast quantities of fizzy and crunchy substances consumed by us was getting bigger all the time.

This series was an attempt to put the idea into an image. To start with, I traced photographs of myself in the various poses, fattening them up (honest!). Also using Illustrator to design the packaging from original sketches, I then scanned actual popcorn to put inside and painted a number of textures to add to help bring the idea to life.
